At Silverleafe, cotton harvesting process is mechanized – we strive to collect 95% of our cotton using innovative John Deere and Case technology. But there is also a big opportunity for people. Our employees have been trained to work with machinery as drivers, operators, and service specialists.

The remaining 5% which cannot be harvested by machinery will be hand harvested due to field incompatibilities.
